We've all heard of the cardio benefits that come from jump rope workouts and this one is no exception. Incorporating speed and double under drills with a high intensity interval style workout, your cardiovascular system will be put to the test. Again, all skill levels welcome.

Want to "jump rope" without actually jumping? This is the session for you. Roped In Flow sessions are designed to be completely low impact. We focus on coordination predominantly using wraps, releases and rope turning drills. You'll be amazed by what you can do with a jump rope without needing to jump.
